B2B conference intelligence

A system that ranks every conference on your calendar and tells you which ones are worth the budget — all of it verified.

What it does

A lot of B2B conference decisions lack objective information behind which event to pick. This system helps make the right decision. It reads everything public about every event on your list — agendas, speaker and exhibitor lists, past editions, press coverage — cross-references it, and ranks the calendar by which events are most likely to bring you business. Every claim behind a ranking is checked against its source.

High-level diagram: your conference calendar goes in, every event gets read and verified, verdicts with named buyers come back

How it works

You hand it the list and come back to a finished dashboard — everything in between runs on its own. The system gathers what is publicly known about every event, keeps the source of each fact, throws out anything it cannot confirm, and ranks what remains.

The five passes: crawl, extract, verify, judge, publish — your conference list in, dashboard and report out
Who does what

Most of a run is mechanical — fetching pages, saving them, re-checking quotes — and that work stays in plain code, which is fast and cannot make things up. AI enters only where reading and judgment are needed, and each model is sized to its task: the most capable one is saved for the final calls, nothing else.

The division of labor: Python scripts, a small model for reading, a mid model for analysis, the top model for judgment

The counts are from one run — the same run shown in the demo below

The demo

Watch the analysis run and browse the results it produced. Company and conference names are changed; the numbers are unchanged.
